EnglishResponsibilities:The Relationship Manager for Data Quality will be part of the Chief Data Office, focusing on stakeholder management and communication with business functions and senior management to drive the implementation of Nomura’s Data Management Framework for data quality. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of data governance initiatives across the firm.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for data governance related inquiries from business functions and senior management.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and support for data governance initiatives.Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss data governance issues, requirements, and updates.Address stakeholder concerns and provide guidance on data management policy, standards, and operating models.Communication:Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to promote data governance awareness and compliance.Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and business functions regarding data governance activities and progress.Prepare and distribute regular updates and newsletters on data governance initiatives, policies, and best practices.Translate complex data governance concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.Data Governance:Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.Assist in the identification and resolution of data governance issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Propose ideas for improving data quality and support the implementation and maintenance of the framework.Collaborate with data management roles in business and technology functions to ensure data management best practices are embedded into business processes and systems.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data governance initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.Training and Education:Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate business functions on the data governance framework, tooling, and best practices.Promote a culture of data governance awareness and accountability across the organization.日本語職務内容:データ戦略部 データ品質管理のリレーションシップ・マネージャーは、ビジネス部門およびシニア・マネジメントとのステークホルダー管理とコミュニケーションに焦点を当て、データ品質に関する野村のデータ管理フレームワークの導入を推進します。この役割には、グループ全体のデータガバナンスの取り組みを効果的に連携させ、調整するための高い対人関係スキル、コミュニケーションスキル、組織管理スキル、およびプロジェクト管理スキルが求められます。ステークホルダー管理:ビジネス部門およびシニア・マネジメントからのデータガバナンス関連の問い合わせ窓口としての役割を担います。さまざまな部門のステークホルダーとの円滑な関係を構築・維持し、データガバナンスに関する取り組みの調整とサポートを確保します。データガバナンスの課題、要求、および変更について情報を共有するための、ステークホルダーとの定期的な会議を企画・運営します。ステークホルダーの懸念に対応し、データ管理規程類、および運用モデルに関するガイダンスを提供します。コミュニケーション:データガバナンスへの理解とコンプライアンス意識を促進するための包括的なコミュニケーション戦略を策定・実行します。シニア・マネジメント及びビジネス部門に対し、データガバナンスの取り組みに関する進捗報告（資料作成およびプレゼンテーションを含む）を行います。データガバナンスの取り組み、規程類、ベストプラクティスに関する定期的な更新情報やニュースレターを作成し、配布します。複雑なデータガバナンスの概念を、すべてのステークホルダーに対し、理解し易く、かつ実用的な情報へと的確に変換し伝達します。データガバナンス:データガバナンスに関する規程類の実装、および運用をサポートします。データガバナンスの課題の特定と解決をサポートし、規制要件に準拠していることを確認します。データ品質の向上に向けた施策を提案し、その実装と運用をサポートします。ビジネス及びIT部門におけるデータ管理を担うメンバーと協力し、データ管理体制をビジネス・プロセスおよびシステムに確実に組み込みます。データガバナンスの取り組みの有効性を監督・報告し、改善案を提供します。研修と教育:データガバナンスのフレームワーク、ツール等についてビジネス部門向けの研修プログラムとワークショップを開発し、実施します。データガバナンスに関する理解を全社的に向上させ、データ文化の醸成を促進します。

求められる経験
English

Qualifications:

5+ years of working experience in financial services or equivalent knowledge.
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
English documentation capability to accurately report progress or results of assigned tasks with appropriate granularity.
Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies.
Working experience in data governance and data strategy OR working experience related to improving/maintaining data quality within a company.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and best practices.
Self-task management ability to meet target deadlines for assigned tasks.

5年以上の金融サービス分野での勤務経験、または同等の知識。
ネイティブレベルの日本語能力、およびビジネスレベルの英語能力。複雑な情報を多様なステークホルダーに伝達できること。
担当業務に関する計画、進捗、結果などを、適切な粒度で正確に記述できる英語のドキュメンテーション能力。
データガバナンスツールおよびテクノロジーに関する十分な知識。
データガバナンスおよびデータ戦略の実装経験、または社内でのデータ品質の維持・向上に関連する実務経験。
データガバナンスおよびそれに関連する規制などについての十分な理解。
担当業務の完了期限を意識し、自律的に進捗管理ができる能力。
