求められる経験
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong track record of designing and implementing complex data pipelines.
• Proven experience in building and scaling data solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of various database technologies (relational, NoSQL, data warehousing) and their optimal applications.
• Expertise in ETL tools and frameworks (e.g. Spark, Airflow, Kafka) for data processing and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML principles and best practices for deploying and scaling machine learning models in production.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing data applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for data and a commitment to building innovative solutions that deliver tangible business value.

Preferred:
•Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

•Experience in Insurance Industry
•Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
•Experience with agile development methodologies
