Design Director: The Design Director shall be responsible for:

• the preparation, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of all design;
• coordinating all designs produced by the design team through all stages of the Project;
• coordinating with the clients Representative, or Designated Delegates, to prioritize the review of each of the Submittals, if necessary;
• ensuring the design meets the requirements set out in this Agreement.

We are seeking candidates with 15 years’ experience in design management with proven records and at least 10 years’ of design management experience on large tunnel projects . You should also have experience with collaborative contracting regimes, including progressive design-build, alliance or integrated project delivery and experience in managing multidisciplinary tunneling designs. Candidates will also require a Professional Engineer license in the Civil Engineer field.
