Digital content creation and campaigns:

  • Develop and manage content for the website, email campaigns, and social media channels.

  • Optimize the performance of BCA’s digital promotion and campaigns.

Web design and management:

  • Curate and update website content on Word Press, focusing on user-friendly design, functionality, and ease of information navigation.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the online presentation of reports, articles, and media resources.

Audience customization:

  • Deeply understand BCA’s different audience segments and customize content to reach them.
  • Grow and steward audience lists.
  • Use effective strategy and digital tools to get the right messages and content to the correct audience, using data to optimize.

Social media content curation:

  • Create engaging social media graphics, videos, and posts that amplify BCA's message and initiatives.
  • Schedule and monitor posts to enhance community engagement and reach.
  • Run social promotion campaigns.

Digital analytics:

  • Track and analyze digital engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Use insights to guide strategy and improve content performance.

Multimedia production:

  • Produce and edit videos, audio, and images for use in campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Enhance BCA’s storytelling capabilities through high-quality visuals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, information design, digital media, graphic design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in digital communications, graphic design, or a related role.
  • Advanced skills in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Word Press and web design principles.
  • Strong proficiency in video and audio production and editing.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of visual design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience designing professional reports or publications.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines while maintaining creativity and precision.
  • A proactive team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of design and digital media trends.
