Established by the Wolf Cooper Foundation in partnership with the University of Toronto, Wolf Scholars has been designed to be the pre-eminent undergraduate scholarship program focused on developing Canada’s next generation of thoughtful and ambitious innovators, builders, and leaders.
The Wolf Scholars Program, which will launch its inaugural admissions cycle in fall 2025 , seeks to empower the most promising young Canadians through a broad and transformative educational experience that prepares them to build a better world. Every year, the Program will bring together 16 exceptional incoming undergraduates studying a range of disciplines in the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Arts & Science. Wolf Scholars will receive a full academic tuition scholarship, participate in a joint academic seminar at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, travel domestically and internationally, learn from valuable internships and career training, and participate in a leadership development curriculum that will stay with them for life.

As the first hire in the Marketing & Communications function , the Digital Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for establishing the program’s public presence, shaping its voice, and developing engaging digital content to reach key audiences. This role is both strategic and operational, involving planning, execution and measurement. The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager will have a drive for excellence and a passion for creating and managing inspiring digital content.

The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager should hold a degree from an accredited four-year university or college, preferably with a focus on marketing, communications, business, languages or journalism . Ideal candidates will embody the core qualities the Foundation aims to cultivate in Wolf Scholars: curiosity about the world, a passion for life-long learning, open-mindedness, a collaborative spirit, humility, optimism, a focus on excellence and a drive to build an impactful program for Canada.
