Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms including, email marketing and paid ads while analyzing the effect it has on the overall business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical individual who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow with an innovative brand!

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Advertising: Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC etc.) to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Email Marketing: Support the creation, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Assessing Overall Business Impact: Analyze the influence of all marketing channels on the business as a whole, from inventory management to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term brand sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with digital advertising tools, and email marketing software.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and creative skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) is a plus.
