Job Description

Position: Intern, Client Service

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Duration: 4 months, with opportunity for extension or to be made permanent

Experience Requirement: No previous agency experience is required for this role.

What You’d Be Up To

In this role, you will support client accounts by assisting with project coordination across a roster of clients. Reporting to a Director of Client Service, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to delivering high-quality work. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital media and client service while learning the foundations of agency work.

Your Work & Opportunity to Grow

As an Intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Project Coordination: Gaining in-depth experience in project management software, helping track timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Supporting performance monitoring, data collection, and reporting on campaign progress.
  • Learning & Development: Gaining exposure to digital marketing tools, industry best practices, and client relationship management.

This role is designed to help you develop skills in digital media, client service, and project management, with opportunities for hands-on learning and career growth.

No formal experience in the industry is required. Internship or academic projects in digital marketing, advertising, or client service are a plus.
