求められる経験

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role preferably within the technology, software, or B2B industry.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital strategies across web, paid, organic and email that align with business objectives and drive measurable results
- Experience using paid advertising platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google search and Demandbase
- Understanding of Google Analytics and other website performance tools
- Preferred experience working within a marketing automation platform (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot…), and have had experience creating assets like emails and landing pages
- A keen interest in how AI can support digital marketing activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
