**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON.

Role Overview

As the Director of Digital Marketing & PPC at BoomerangFX, you will lead our efforts in planning, developing, implementing, and managing demand generation strategies globally. You will oversee a team of PPC ad strategists and graphic designers, guiding them to execute high-quality digital marketing campaigns that drive consistent and predictable leads and sales for our healthcare practice clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies focused on demand generation, including PPC advertising (Google, Meta, etc.), email marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Lead and manage a team of PPC ad strategists and graphic designers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, ROI, and other KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders for optimization and improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of direct experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and PPC advertising.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive significant business results.
• Experience with healthcare or SaaS industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
