Job Summary:

Reporting to the CEO, as the Director of Sales & Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic revenue growth, forming influential partnerships, and expanding our market presence within the private aesthetic and healthcare sector. You will lead a high-performing sales team, collaborate closely with product development and marketing, and ensure our solutions align with industry needs and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Forge and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales team , fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strategically analyze market trends and customer insights to guide product positioning and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns and create comprehensive sales enablement tools.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction, loyalty, and client retention.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive leadership team.
  • Represent the organization at high-profile industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen market presence.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and business development within the SaaS or healthcare industry.
  • Must have prior experience working in a MedSpa or aesthetic clinic setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: must have experience selling similar software (Symplast, Jane App, Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, Zenoti, Vagaro, Aesthetics Pro, PatientNow, etc..)
  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to align sales goals with broader business objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of the private paid healthcare system , regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Track record of success in leading and scaling sales teams while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
  • Expertise in developing strategic partnerships to enhance market positioning and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments or rapidly scaling companies.
  • Knowledge of the broader private pay healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Insight into emerging trends in healthcare SaaS and marketing.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
