Dispatch Manager

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics? We’re looking for a Dispatch Manager to oversee and optimize our dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and mentor a team of dispatchers handling LTL, van, container, and straight truck operations.
✅ Manage scheduling, dispatching, and resource planning to maximize efficiency.
✅ Monitor driver performance, safety, and compliance alongside the Compliance team.
✅ Ensure accurate records in the TMS system and timely completion of road sheets.
✅ Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and clients to enhance operations.
✅ Strategize for business growth, seasonal fluctuations, and cost-saving opportunities.
✅ Conduct audits and implement training programs to improve dispatcher and driver performance.

✔ Boost operational efficiency by increasing stops per hour and optimizing dispatch planning.

What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in French and English (mandatory).
Degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field .
7+ years of dispatching experience.
2+ years of management experience (preferred).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
