Description

We are seeking an earnest and collaborative individual for a key role in carrying out financial strategy of Apple Japan’s Enterprise and Education route to market. You will be an integral partner to the Sales team to build and run critical business initiatives, advising with financial guidance on how to optimally and sustainably drive revenue and margin growth. You will also join forces extensively with other functional teams within Japan, global peers and WW teams to ensure that Japan is driving to overall corporate strategy and goals. In this role you will: - Deeply understand and deliver insights on industry trends, channel partner dynamics; identify sales opportunities and risks, and come up with plans that can maximize performance, or mitigate risks Ensure investments meet rigorous financial metrics, drive a business case from approvals to executions; measure its success, manage financial soundness and governance - Support Enterprise and Education global initiatives including: optimization of channel programs, accelerating Mac momentum, data infrastructure/ tool enhancement; as well as the advancement of Japan education GIGA project - Assemble financial analysis and actively contribute to building quarterly and annual business reviews with Sales leadership

Minimum Qualifications

• Distinguished analytical skills with attention to details, using large volume, complex, occasionally incomplete data; demonstrated experience in building financial modeling and forecasting
• Commercial finance experience, high level of inherent curiosity, investing in personal knowledge to stay ahead of the curve in the industry

• An effective communicator, great storyteller in translating complex quantitative analysis into a compelling and influential narrative; proficient in both English and Japanese; exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Up to date expertise with Excel, Keynote, Business Objects, SQL, and Tableau
• Can act independently, be self-motivated, handle multiple activities/projects by prioritizing smartly in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment
• 3+ years of experience in finance related field, MBA/CPA/CFA can be plus.
