Job Title: Entrepreneur Experience Manager, Endeavor Japan
Reports to: Executive Director (Japan)
Works with: Endeavor Japan Team, Endeavor Asia EX Team, Endeavor Global EX Team
Work Location: Tokyo, Japan
Job Responsibilities: Selection of Endeavor Entrepreneurs (45%)- Independently pursue the search and selection of entrepreneurs leading fast-growing, post-startup stage companies including researching & analyzing strength of leadership teams and candidate companies; conducting analysis of business models, growth/scale potential, financials/projections, leadership potential, competitive landscape, market size, etc.
- Manage the Candidate’s journey through the Selection process - including writing company profiles for Endeavor Mentors to learn about the candidate.
- Assist and/or lead in the logistics and management of all local / virtual selection events as needed.
Deliver services to Endeavor Entrepreneurs (25%)- Ensure that entrepreneurs are aware of programs and opportunities offered by Endeavor; proactively suggest relevant services based on company needs.
- Proactively diagnose entrepreneur needs, and look to add value in every interaction.
- Deliver Endeavor services to Endeavor Entrepreneurs. This involves matching the Entrepreneur with one of Endeavor’s 4,000+ mentors and facilitating the participation in Endeavor’s programmatic services across Access to Capital, Mentor
Recruit Mentors & Partners (20%)- Recruit top-tier business minds to address gaps in the local Mentor network
- Identify and recruit partners
- Maintain relationship with mentors to ensure we can ask mentoring sessions at any necessary time
Other (10%)- Actively participate in relevant strategic initiatives to improve team operational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., onboarding processes, or new service offering concepts).

Requirements Hard Skills - 4-5 years of relevant work experience in: investment, consulting, business, corporate development, considered a plus
- Native level Japanese and Excellent English (oral & written)ネイティブレベルの日本語・ビジネスレベルの英語スキル必須

- Good business acumen: ability to evaluate business models, financial statements, and go to market strategies
- Highly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities
