The Job

ワイン・食品を取り扱う専門商社にて、社内の基幹業務システムやIT機器に関する幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。まずはOJTを通して業務に慣れていただき、将来的には開発も含めて幅広くご活躍いただけるポジションです。

主な業務内容：

• 基幹システム（受注・売上・請求・在庫・物流など）の運用および開発サポート
• 各種IT機器（PC、プリンター、スマートフォンなど）のセットアップ・管理
• ヘルプデスク対応（社内ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応）
• ネットワーク、ファイルサーバー、Windows Server の管理
• Google Workspace等のグループウェアの運用
• データ分析および業務改善活動への参加
• 外部ITベンダー・倉庫とのシステム連携やフォロー対応

You will join an internal IT team supporting the smooth operation and improvement of the company’s business systems. You’ll begin with system operation and hardware support, and gradually grow into development and optimization responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and help enhance ERP and core systems (sales, inventory, invoicing, logistics, etc.)
• Set up and manage IT devices (PCs, printers, smartphones)
• Respond to internal helpdesk inquiries
• Manage internal network, file server, and Windows Server environment
• Support development: requirement definition, testing, maintenance
• Operate groupware (Google Workspace, email/workflow systems)
• Analyze operational data and assist in business improvement initiatives
• Liaise with external vendors and warehouses for system coordination

The Profile

必須条件：

• 情報系学科または同等の知識・スキルをお持ちの方
• ERP系システムまたは販売管理システムの運用・開発経験（1年以上）
• 社内SEやITサポートの実務経験
• 基本的なデータベースやネットワークの知識

歓迎条件：

• IBM System i（AS/400）での開発経験（RPG、Query）
• Google WorkspaceやWindows Serverの運用経験
• 倉庫管理システムの運用経験
• データ分析、業務改善プロジェクト経験

Must-Have:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in ERP system operation or business system support
• Hands-on IT support or in-house SE experience
• Basic understanding of databases and networks

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with IBM System i (AS/400), RPG, or Query
• Google Workspace and Windows Server management
• Familiarity with warehouse or sales management systems
• Data analysis and business process improvement experience
