About the Role
As a full-time Event Director – Team Lead with a People and Project Management focus , you will drive the planning and execution of events, ensuring delivery excellence across the event lifecycle, with the Event Solutions’ team. As a leader and working manager, the Event Director will have direct reports and be responsible for their development, coaching, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. This role requires exceptional people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and empowering a high-performing team.
As an Event Director, you will lead dynamic, cross-functional program teams, driving the successful execution of events, meetings, and conferences for Wynford's clients. This includes overseeing project lifecycles from the initial handover of concepts to event completion. A meticulous approach to detail and strong leadership skills are essential to ensure every event aligns with client objectives, brand standards, and engagement goals.
This dual-focused role demands a balance of people leadership and hands-on execution, making it a critical contributor to Wynford’s continued success
