My client is urgently seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support medical imaging systems in Toronto, ON . This role requires someone with experience in N uclear Imaging, MRI, or CT (nuclear preferred). The FSE will work independently from home but must be on-call for site visits as needed, with a 60-80% travel requirement .

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for nuclear imaging, MRI, and CT systems.
• Support installations, maintenance, and emergency service calls in the Toronto area.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve serviceability and reliability .
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction , ensuring timely issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in medical imaging service, ideally from GE, Philips, or Siemens .
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Nuclear imaging experience preferred , followed by MRI.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively resolve issues.
