The Role

We are looking for a skilled FlexSim Developer with a strong background in engineering automation to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in FlexSim development and a solid understanding of CAD design . You will be responsible for developing FlexSim simulation systems based on given requirements and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize automation solutions.

• Develop and implement FlexSim simulation models based on project specifications.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into accurate simulations.
• Modify and optimize simulation models to improve efficiency and performance.
• Integrate CAD designs into simulation projects when necessary.
• Ensure simulation accuracy and validate models against real-world data.

Ideal Profile

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a Design or Software Engineer role.
• You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
