Description

* Play a key role in financial planning and analysis function for the Life Science department.
* Provide strategic input to senior leadership regarding financial performance and projections.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
* Implement financial models and systems to enhance decision-making.
* Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.

Profile

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
* Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
* Excellent proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
* A deep understanding of the Life Science industry.
* Fluency in English and Japanese, both verbal and written.
