Position Name: Frontend Developer Tokyo Job

Annual Salary : 8 million and above 

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of back-end Engineers for complex projects integrating multiple different types of system for seamless end-to-end workflow across different applications.
• Requirement management, and development using Agile/Scrum.
• Project delivery planning, meeting the timelines with good quality.
• Review of system design, source code etc and ensure performance and security
• Foster Agile and DevOpsSec culture in IS division along with team members
• Impact analysis from other system development projects.
• Incident / problem management
• Leading a team of 5+ members

Frontend Developer Tokyo Job Qualification:

• Advanced communication skills (including presentation skills)
• Flexibility and adaptability in challenging environment
• Self-starter and able to have curiosity anything related to both technology and business
• Overall knowledge/experience in IT / More than 5 years
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Japanese (N2+ Japanese)
• Experience of vendor management including budget management
• Experience of Java, microservices and front-end technologies.
• Experience of pipeline building of DevOps (Using Jenkins, Concourse, SonarQube, Snyk etc)
• Basic information/cyber security knowledge
• Basic infra and network knowledge
• Self-explanatory documenting skill
• Familiar with & experience in technologies such as: Java, Javascript(Angular/TypeScript), .NET, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, shell script, Dos script, PowerShell, Office tools
• IBM tech stack (DB2, PLSQL, WPS)
• Familiar with architecture design patterns including event driven architecture
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure technologies
• Project management knowledge or experience

Skill & Experiences (is a plus):

• ITIL Foundation certified
• Microsoft Technical solution certified (Azure)

Japanese Languages: Business level japanese required and business level english
