We have almost 2 decades of HR Consulting & Headhunting experience supporting startups, SMEs and multinational firms from various industries eversince our grandparent company first operated in 2013.

The Role

Scrum development is adopted.

• The Scrum team is responsible for designing and assigning roles within a sprint. In addition, stories to be assigned to the Scrum team are determined based on estimates at the time of planning (using a planning poker) in order to ensure appropriateness.
• Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, ranging from mega-venture companies and large corporations to freelancers and startup entrepreneurs. In evaluating engineers, we emphasize output as part of team development. Therefore, the evaluation axis is based on how they contribute to the team's output, rather than on their individual skills. Of course, the contribution of individual technical skills, for example, is a major factor, and we aim to ensure that each engineer's strengths are evaluated fairly.

Main technology stack

Frontend: Vue.js / Backend: Ruby on Rails / DB: Postgres, Elasticsearch, Redis, BigQuery / Crawler: Puppeteer, Typescrip

Infrastructure: AWS ECS (Fargate), Terraform, Docker / DevOps: CircleCI, Typescript

Ideal Profile

[Required]

-We expect you to be a professional in at least one of the following areas, but we also welcome those who have multiple areas of expertise with one professional area at the core.

-Experience in front-end development with modern FW such as Vue and React

-Experience in Scrum development in Agile development

-Must be a JPL Level N1, N2 or N3.

-Must be a foreigner currently residing in Japan

[Preferred]

-Back-end development experience with Ruby on Rails

-Experience in data infrastructure development using AWS/GCP, etc. (Experience with BigQuery and Elasticsearch is a plus)

-(Experience with configuration management tools using Terraform in AWS is a plus)

-Experience with machine learning data analysis infrastructure development (experience with natural language analysis is a plus)

-Experience in building CI/CD (experience with configuration management tools in AWS using Terraform is a plus)
