Position Summary

Are you excited about building world class platforms that power mission critical software at a huge scale? B3 enables enterprise manufacturers to digitize their operations and is powered by AI to greatly enhance their performance. As a Software Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand our customers' problems and build products that solve them.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

You’ll apply your problem-solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to Enterprise AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and manage various applications
• Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish best products
• Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
• Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or or similar field
• Strong software developer with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, such as C#, .NET, C++, or relevant experiences
• Experience developing web-based applications in C#, MVC, JavaScript, .NET
• Experience working with Relational Databases and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to learn and work independently and make good decisions with minimal direction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great problem solving skills with ability to evolve complex systems

Desired

• Experience or understanding of AI and Machine Learning
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs
• Hands-on expertise with Azure
• Knowledge of Data Science
