Job Description

Full stack application developer to develop and maintain web applications on cloud platforms, replace existing platform with new systems and migrate legacy applications.

Description

- Develop and maintain web applications on cloud platforms using Agile framework.

- Migrate and replace legacy systems with new applications developed using latest technologies.

- Work with product owner and business analysts to understand the business needs and inform the development of applications

- Build and maintain ETL codes

- Develop user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks

- Design and support data management framework for the company's large internal and external datasets

- Evaluate the impact of scaling up and scaling out to ensure sustained data management and delivery performance

Profile

- Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and business level English

- Extensive development experience from scratch with core Java/Python, web application experience (Angular/React or other JavaScript frameworks)

- Knowledge and hands on experience in API and cloud technologies

- Extensive knowledge of OOjs and vanilla concepts.

- Experience with databases like MS SQL, Aurora Postgres, Azure SQL, Sybase, etc.

- Experience on Data services, ETL

- Knowledge of DevOps

- Experience in the financial industry
