At East Infinity , we partner with some of Canada’s most recognized non-profit organizations to drive their missions forward through face-to-face donor engagement. As we expand our Halifax team, we’re looking for purpose-driven individuals to join us as Fundraising Representatives —an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, personal development, and long-term growth.

Whether you’re a recent graduate, new to Canada, or looking to build a meaningful career in outreach, this is your chance to gain experience, build confidence, and directly impact your community—no fundraising experience is required.

What You Can Expect in This Role:

• Represent charitable organizations with professionalism, care, and passion
• Learn how to confidently connect with people through face-to-face conversations
• Develop communication, public speaking, and active listening skills
• Understand campaign goals and work toward individual and team targets
• Receive daily mentorship, performance coaching, and skills-based feedback

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Engage the public in high-traffic areas, retail spaces, and local events
• Educate potential donors about the cause and encourage long-term support
• Respond to questions with clarity and empathy
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily and weekly fundraising goals
• Share feedback from the field to help optimize campaign strategy
• Contribute to a high-energy, mission-focused team environment
