Description

* Design and implement workplace improvement initiatives.
* Manage contracts, office facilities, and internal documentation.
* Oversee business travel, visa applications, and company housing.
* Plan and execute company events and employee welfare programs.
* Handle emergency response and disaster risk management.
* Process invoices and manage office expenses.

Profile

* Prior general affairs experience is advantageous.
* Native level Japanese with Business level English or Chinese.
* Skilled in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools (Teams, Outlook).
* Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and proactive mindset.
* Experience in business process improvement and working in a global environment is a plus.
