Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of adjusters and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance adjusting industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
