About the Role:

We are currently seeking for a German   Customer Service Representative . In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring user satisfaction and safety across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer support via chat and email only.
  • Moderate online content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, product updates, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 Minimum).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, moderation, or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta (relocation assistance provided).
