They offer a platform supporting cancer prevention, treatment optimization, and post-treatment recovery, collaborating with major insurance providers across Asia. With offices in key global locations, they are poised for significant growth and market leadership.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Growth Officer, you will be the driving force behind our client's strategic expansion and transformation in the Japanese market. You will develop and execute growth strategies, optimize business operations, and lead organizational change initiatives. This is a high-impact role, working closely with APAC senior leadership to shape the future of the business in Japan. You will leverage your expertise in company transformation, strategy execution, and business growth to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.There is a possibility that you will handle another emerging market in another country. As they are also gaining traction in South-East Asia.■The general responsibilities（Include, but are not limited to, the following, given the dynamic nature of the company's size:- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Japanese market.- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.- Optimize business operations and drive organizational change.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. ■Requirements
- Proven experience in company transformation and/or growth strategy execution within complex industries.
- Experience in healthcare and/or life insurance sector, with consulting background in top tier global firm.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and innovative mindset.
- Fluent Japanese and Business-level English.
