As a General Manager of Sasquatch Strength, you will be the MVP—most versatile player and leader of a gym location you oversee and manage. You will have the opportunity to oversee sales, perform member consultations, ensure top-tier customer service, and drive team development objectives to create a high-performing, member-centric gym. ROADMAP OF YOUR FIRST YEAR:

Within the first 30-45 days : Learn Sasquatch Strength's brand, processes, sales strategies, and community position. Observe class flow and terminology. Meet team members to understand their backgrounds, roles, and responsibilities, building rapport and trust. Interact with the General Manager mentor to receive guidance on sales and customer service. Review weekly scorecards for accountability. Attend daily huddles with the management team to understand daily operations. Begin lead outreach, take over appointments, and start closing sales with follow-up. 2-3 months and ongoing: Take full ownership of the gym's KPIs and performance metrics. Communicate proactively with prospective members, aiming for a 50% booking rate, 70% show rate, and 70%+ close rate. Assist team members as needed, such as helping with classes or cleaning. 6-9 months and ongoing: Develop community through events and gather member feedback. Hold performance conversations with staff, aligning organizational goals with personal development. Plan for the next 3 months based on business saturation and opportunities. 12 months and ongoing: Coach team members, stepping in when needed to address member interactions and improve sales follow-up. Hire and onboard staff, conduct training, and measure performance metrics. Conduct annual performance reviews with SMART goals for growth.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3+ years in health and fitness management or related sales/customer service experience. 2+ years leading and managing a team of 3 or more. Proven success in customer experience and increasing sales. Ability to manage teams with a focus on service. Passion for community involvement and helping others achieve health goals. High school diploma or equivalent; CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
