Head of High School (Grade 9-12) – Female

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee the academic and operational aspects of the high school division.
✅ Lead and inspire high school teachers and students to achieve academic excellence.
✅ Work closely with senior leadership to implement the school’s vision and goals.
✅ Manage curriculum development, assessments, and student support services.
✅ Foster a positive school culture focused on student development and success.

Requirements:

✅ Western-trained with a degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
✅ At least 5 years of leadership experience in a high school setting, with a background in both American and IB curricula .
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelors Degree with a PGCE/PGDE (QTS)
