The client is seeking a Head of Technology for their Broadcasting, Streaming, TV, and AdTech operations in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role requires onsite work with flexibility for a 24x7x365 operation. Responsibilities include maintaining a secure server and workstation environment, managing special projects, coaching and mentoring IT and Engineering staff, resolving problems, and implementing automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and at least 5 years of technology experience, with a focus on server and automation for at least 2 years.The Head of Technology will be responsible for ensuring the client's technology infrastructure is secure and efficient. They will lead a team of IT and Engineering staff, providing guidance and support to resolve issues and implement automation tools. The role will also involve reacting to changes positively, challenging the status quo when necessary, and providing on-call and afterhours support as part of a rotation schedule. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and a minimum of 5 years of technology experience, with a strong background in server management and automation.The successful candidate for this role will be proactive in maintaining a healthy technology environment for the client's Broadcasting, Streaming, TV, and AdTech operations.
