The Role

• If you're a sales superstar with a flair for leading teams and a love for turning calls into cash, we want YOU to join our squad as the Head of Telesales!
• Be the captain of a sales team, inspiring and guiding your crew to achieve new heights
• motivate a team and create a positive, high-energy work environment and culture.
• Prepare weekly telesales reports
• Work closely with Principal Partners and Event Management Executive teams to execute a successful event

Ideal Profile

• You bring 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and closing deals like a champ!
• You’ve successfully led a team before, turning aspiring telemarketer into top performers through your mentorship and guidance.
• You’ve crafted and executed lead generation strategies that have driven measurable results. You know how to think outside the box and get creative!
• You’re familiar with CRM systems and sales tools that help streamline processes and enhance team productivity. You know your way around data like it’s your best friend!
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot strategies when necessary, keeping the team focused and motivated.
