• Lead all pre-opening and post-launch hotel operations with energy, strategy, and heart
• Build and mentor a passionate, high-performing team that shares your commitment to service
• Champion guest experiences that feel personal, local, and unforgettable
• Collaborate with ownership on branding, business growth, and innovation
• Connect with the Penticton Community and local partners to make the hotel welcoming destination for both travelers and locals
  

• A hospitality trailblazer with GM or senior leadership experience in branded mid scale hotel
• Known for your ability to create team culture , not just manage it
• Obsessed with guest satisfaction and driven by operational excellence and service consistency
• Resourceful, proactive, and excited about the challenges of a hotel opening
• Financially savvy, tech-forward, and always looking for smarter ways to operate
