Remote | Strategic Growth Path to Client Lead + Department Head

We’re looking for more than a HubSpot CRM user.

We’re looking for a technical powerhouse who can build custom websites, design smart automations, and help our clients scale faster with cleaner systems.

If you’ve been the go-to person for migrating messy portals, coding responsive themes and modules, and wiring up workflows that just work — this might be your next big opportunity.

This is a strategic, fully remote role with long-term growth potential. You'll start by owning client builds and execution, but if you're ready, you'll quickly grow into leading client relationships, managing your own team, and driving department-level decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing (60% Web, 40% Automation)

• Build custom websites in HubSpot CMS

• Custom themes, modules, templates, and styling

• JavaScript, HTML/CSS, responsive layouts

• Site migrations and structural optimization

• Manage end-to-end HubSpot CRM and marketing automation

• Deal pipelines, workflows, smart CTAs, sequences

• List segmentation, lifecycle automation, lead scoring

• Troubleshoot integrations and Zapier flows

• Collaborate directly with our clients and our strategy team



• Deliver clean builds, clear documentation, and measurable outcomes

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of real-world HubSpot CMS + CRM experience

• Can share a portfolio of websites, templates, or modules you’ve coded

• Are fluent in English and confident leading client conversations

• Know how to build efficient systems — and explain them clearly

• Pay attention to detail, own your results, and follow through

• Want to grow into a leadership role (client strategy, team management, or both)

Bonus Points If You’ve:

• Migrated complex websites to HubSpot CMS

• Integrated HubSpot with external systems via API or Zapier

• Worked with HubDB or dynamic content

• Built scalable reporting and dashboards for clients

• Helped clean up messy portals or organize chaotic workflows
