Join Our Team as a Facility Maintenance Technician!

Are you ready to take your skills in facility maintenance to the next level? We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our facility runs smoothly, providing essential maintenance and repair services that keep everything in top shape.

Your Responsibilities

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will:

• 55% Work Order Response: Address temperature issues, replace or repair pumps and circulators, and manage refrigerant systems.
• 25% Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine tasks like filter changes, coil cleaning, and ice machine servicing.
• 10% Compliance: Ensure all systems meet regulatory standards, including refrigerant reclaiming and fire barrier repairs.
• 10% Quality Improvement: Innovate ways to enhance the patient and visitor experience by updating heating and cooling systems.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of HVAC experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare facilities or related trades.

Licensure & Certification

Required:

• Universal Refrigerant Reclaiming license.
