Key Responsibilities
Drive Process Innovation: Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Project Leadership: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of capital and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
Validation & Compliance: Lead process and equipment validation efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality production standards.
Data-Driven Improvements: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Equipment & Process Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment to meet industry standards.
Lean & Six Sigma Integration: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other efficiency-driven methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
