I am looking for a money-motivated, self-starter to be a part of our amazing sales team. This position
REQUIRES previous REMOTE SALES EXPERIENCE working for a State Farm Agent , with a proven track record.
This is a great opportunity for the right person and can be very lucrative since there is no cap on monthly commissions.
There are daily, weekly and monthly goals to achieve for each team member, as well as the overall office goals.

If you are local to Buffalo, Texas, please apply since we are able to train in the office, but must be able to attain General Lines Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health licenses within a set timeframe.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm insurance products
- Develop leads, make calls from internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales
- Willingness to learn and motivated to succeed
QUALIFICATIONS: - 1 year or more insurance sales experience with State Farm
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- People person
- Self-motivated
- Money motivated
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license
- Life and Health license

- Commission is uncapped and the more you sell, the higher the commission % increases
