Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Broker Partner to join our team. As a Broker Partner, you will have 50% ownership of your book of business, and you will not need to invest in expensive office space. You can start working from home to build your book up and open an office when you reach scale or continue to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to help them with their insurance needs
• Leads provided for the first year to help you get started.
• Work with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow your book of business
• Use our SEO, online marketing expertise and provided technology to quote and place business.
• Utilize the following markets to provide the best possible insurance solutions to clients: Intact, Aviva, Pembridge, Jevco, Pafco, Travelers, Travelers Essential, Traders, Economical, Chubb.
• Ensure all transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction
• Receive the best commission structure in the industry with 70% of commission on new business and renewal business.
• Be eligible for a CPC bonus based on profitable books.
• Enjoy full back-end support to run your book of business, including coverage for errors and omissions, necessary technology for quoting and placing business, and marketing support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• RIBO licensed or OTL
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
