Personal Insurance Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving sales (the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance sales).
• Leadership - This is a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – Ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Goal-Setting and Achievement - Ability to read reports and metrics, set and achieve goals for team production; coach team members for success.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Quote and sell policies!
• Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization
