Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL (Onsite)

Experience Level: 3-7 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Internal Recruiter to join our client’s team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth. The focus will be on recruiting outside sales profession (for various markets – primarily residing in Florida and Texas), with the opportunity to shape hiring strategies and processes in an onsite work environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract qualified candidates, particularly for outside sales positions.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job descriptions, as well as creating innovative and successful hiring strategies.
  • Provide updates on hiring progress, market conditions, and recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization’s culture and values.

Sourcing and Talent Pipelines:

  • Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Generate regular recruitment reports.
  • Analyze data to evaluate recruitment success and improve hiring processes.

Qualifications/Experience :

  • 3-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with preference for candidates experienced in hiring for outside sales roles.

Education : High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.

Skills :

  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for competitive markets.
  • Self-Starter who is accountable and proactive.
  • Can create effective recruitment strategies, outside of just job boards.
  • Ability to start as an individual contributor but capable of growing out a team in the future.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, including but not limited to: LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a onsite work environment.
