ROLE: Associate, Investor Relations

REPORTS TO: Manager of Investor Relations

LOCATION: Corporate Office in Richmond Hill / Remote (Hybrid)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate of Investor Relations to join our dynamic team. This individual, reporting to the Manager of Investor Relations, will play a key role in the Investor Relations function, drive effective communication with investors through the onboarding, capital call and investor inquiry processes, and take an active role in the SEC compliance program and investor marketing. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to problem solve and think critically. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage investor onboarding, capital calls, and ad-hoc inquiries, ensuring a seamless and engaging investor experience
  • Manage investor data using Dynamo CRM
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc investor deliverables in a timely and accurate manner; manage investor deliverables tracker
  • Work closely with Investor Reporting team to ensure smooth quarterly investor reporting and distribution process
  • Assist with updating, tracking, and revamping investor reporting packages and marketing materials
  • Comply with all policies and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or relevant field.
  • 4+ years progressive responsibilities within finance, capital markets, or private equity in a customer service or investor relations function.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign/Adobe Sign.
  • Knowledge in Dynamo or other CRM tools an asset.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
