The Role

• Working in both Japanese and English, you will be working with cross functional teams to understand their technical requirements, and developing appropriate solutions to help the company achieve it's mid/long-term objectives.
• Many of the projects will require you to manage stakeholders (push back where necessary, not just being an order taker), helping them to understand which global tools can solve their issues, and also supporting them when a local solution is more appropriate.
• The role is essentially a blend of using your communication skills to deliver technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and Business English are mandatory for this role.
• This role would suit someone with 2-3 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, or a PM with a real strength in requirement gathering, or an IT consultant who wants more control over their career trajectory, and wants to achieve a better work/life balance.
• Any previous experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare / medical device sectors would be an advantage, but is not essential.
