The Role

• Your mission will be to work with stakeholders one layer down from senior leadership across different business units, to understand their pain points and challenges, and then proposing solutions.
• You'll be contributing to the development of the organization's long-term IT strategy and technical roadmaps, using your knowledge of technology trends to influence technical decisions.
• You'll be a bridge between technology and non-technology stakeholders - you'll be a key point of contact in the organization.

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and business level English are mandatory.
• Proven ability to create partnerships as part of an internal IT team are required - someone with experience as a business analyst, project manager, BRM, or even a solution architect could potentially be a good fit for this role.
• Someone with a business applications background (rather than infrastructure) would be a better fit.

• 10,000,000 yen - 15,000,000 yen
