Job Description

2+ years of development experience, requirements definition, project management skills, experience with large-scale projects (over 100 million yen, over several hundred man-months) - Experience in parallel driving multiple projects of over several dozen man-months in scale at a business company, or experience as a PM for projects of over 100 man-months - Worked continuously for over 3 years at the same IT consulting firm or think tank and have experience as a PM for projects - Experience in DX strategy formulation, business reform, etc. as a team leader or above - Able to materialize client concerns and issues and promote the development of solutions / Able to take on new challenges / Experience in vendor control

■3 days in summer, 3 days at the end of the year and New Year's holidays.
