Job Description

Day To Day Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting Technical problems
Quickly resolve tickets/ troubleshooting, and solving networking issues from a technical perspective and solving hardware issues
i.e. changing mother board, hard drive, memory, CPU, break fix
L2 support
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Troubleshoot hardware issues
AI generated tickets
Solving issues, processing, memory or hard drive
Each troubleshooting problem has a step-by-step workflow on how to troubleshoot
Escalate any issues to higher level

Must Haves:

1-2 years
Basic understanding of computer troubleshooting / IT
Technical skills - understanding difference between hard drive and SSD, key features for data center
Leadership principles

Nice To Have:

Understands French /basic French
2-4 years L2 support
Open to work weekends
Break fix
Network support
Hardware
CPU
Linux commands basic level

Salary: $25/hr without benefits
