Sales Representative in Medical Channels
Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
ブランドを最大限に活かしながら、担当市場における担当製品のビジネス伸長、シェア拡大、顧客層開拓を図る
・課せられた業績目標（量的および質的な必達目標）を達成する
・顧客層（皮膚科医、医療従事者、薬剤師)
・トレーニング、教育、タッチアップ、病院・クリニックに対するコンサルテーション、販売促進、
マーチャンダイジンブを通じて、付加価値の高いサービスを行う
・顧客との信頼関係を強化し、ビジネスの拡大に結びつける
・営業戦略に基づき重点品目の販売予測をたて、売上を最大化するための効率的・効果的な訪問計画を立案し、
実行する
・戦略製品のセルアウトを最大化する
・営業戦略に基づき、新規取引先を開拓する
・市場・競合他社状況をモニターし、マーケティングチームにタイムリーに報告する

・医療用医薬品、医療機器またはスキンケア分野における医療施設チャネル（病院、クリニック、診療所、調剤薬局等）での営業経験3年以上
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
・皮膚科に対するスキンケア製品の営業経験
・スキンケア・皮膚領域に関する知識、スキンケア製品に関する知識
・英語力（社内資料等英語のものが多いので英語に抵抗のない方）
