Job Description:

The Japanese Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing Clickout Media’s presence on social media platforms within the Japanese market. This individual will craft and execute social media strategies aimed at growing brand visibility, increasing engagement, and driving conversions. The role requires a deep understanding of the crypto space, Japanese social media platforms, and cultural nuances to connect with local audiences effectively.

Core Tasks:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for the Japanese market.
  
• Manage and create content for Japanese social media accounts (Twitter, LINE, Instagram, etc.).
  
• Monitor trends and competitors within the crypto space. - Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and other forms of interaction.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on key campaigns and initiatives.
  
• Analyze metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  
• Stay updated on trends in the cryptocurrency industry and Japanese social media.

Essential Requirements:

• Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken).
  
• Proven experience in social media management, particularly within
  the crypto or tech sectors.
  
• Strong understanding of Japanese social media platforms and
  digital trends.
  
• Ability to create and manage engaging, platform-specific content.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related
  technologies.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and
  optimize strategies.

Nice to have Requirements

• Experience in community management.
  
• Knowledge of English or other languages.
  
• Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
  
• Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  
• Graphic design or video editing skills.
