The company values transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement in its operations, ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory standards.■ Summary of the Position:As a JGB Settlement, you will oversee the following tasks:- Monitoring of JGB and other JPY Bond Settlement with domestic CCP- Liaising to solve any settling problems- Statistic reporting / Regulatory Reporting- Bond Positions and Cash positions reconciliation- Auctions and BOJ Operations processing- Reconciliation of Cash/Repo/ deals between systems as well as between brokers, clients and CACIB in Europe- Margin call processing■Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy and Business Planning2. Management and Reporting - Report to the head of CMO BO Japan3. Risk4. Communication - Key Internal Contacts　　・Government Bond Trading　　・Local Compliance　　・Bond domestic settlement　　・Extended BO　　・Local Finance - Key External Contacts・A famous Japanese Bank as clearing agent・Japan Securities Clearing Corporation as CCP5. Systems Used- InternalMurex GDM, JIBOS, APEX, Calypso Bonds- ExternalI-STAR CORE, MUFJ RTGS (JGB), BOJ-NET, JSDA WAN, JSCC WEB6. Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities・Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Japan Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.・Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

-Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in JGB settlement（国債決済経験者）
