Junior Operation Data Analyst

Our client, a fast-growing company in consumer/retail business, is seeking a Junior Operation Data Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and continuous improvement of the company’s operations

About the Role:

As an Operation Data Analyst, you will be responsible for accurate data entry and conducting in-depth analysis of organizational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You are expected to be able to leverage data and advanced analytical tools, and identify challenges and develop strategic solutions to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Undertake administrative tasks related to data management, including meticulous data entry
• Track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards, visualizations, and other analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify and implement process standardization and automation to reduce errors and improve consistency
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure they remain efficient and effective over time.
• Communicate with department managers and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field
• 0-2 years Work experience in operations analysis, data analysis or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
