Job Overview

We are looking for two ambitious individuals to join our team near Nagatsuta Station in Kanagawa Prefecture. The ideal candidates will bridge communication between our technical team and Japanese clients, while also enhancing their programming skills.

This position requires native-level Japanese language proficiency. We are seeking candidates residing in Japan.

Job Description

• Communicate with Japanese clients to understand project requirements.
• Introduce our innovative products and solutions to potential clients.
• Collaborate with international development teams to execute projects.
• Learn and grow programming skills through hands-on experience.Contribute to the success of client projects.

The Profile

Required qualifications:

- Native-level Japanese

- Basic programming knowledge or strong willingness to learn

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience or willingness in customer negotiations and presentations

Preferred skills/experience:

- Degree in Computer Science or related field

- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.)

- Ability to communicate in English- Experience in business development or sales.

Qualifications:

• Basic programming knowledge or a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science degree preferred).
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing international environment.English proficiency is highly valued.
