McLennan Ross has an immediate opening in our Labour and Employment practice group.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Will have 2-5 years’ experience in a busy labour and employment environment
• Specific experience in labour relations and/or disputes, collective bargaining, preferably management-side
• Is highly motivated, self-directed and able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently
• Demonstrates the ability to work well independently with confidence under time constraints
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate legal information clearly and practically
• Is a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the firm
• Must be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta, or a member of another Canadian law society and eligible for admission to the Law Society of Alberta
